Travel has always been a profound source of inspiration for my art. Each destination I visit weaves a new thread into the fabric of my creative expression, guiding my brush and influencing my colour palette. Countries like Italy, Norway, Sweden, Mexico, parts of Canada and the Caribbean have left indelible marks on my artistic journey. Later in 2026 we are off to Greece and I am excited about the impact that will have on my artwork.

In Italy, the breathtaking landscapes and vibrant architecture sparked my love for rich, warm palettes. The hues of Renaissance art from the Uffizi Gallery still dance in my mind, inspiring my #customwatercolourpaintings.

Norway's majestic fjords and the serene beauty of its nature brought about a new appreciation for simplicity and tranquility in my art. The cool colors and vast landscapes taught me to embrace negative space, influencing my style in #watercolorart,

Travelling through Sweden’s coastlines and farmlands revealed a fusion of culture and nature. The minimalist aesthetics I encountered taught me to find beauty in simplicity, which I strive to reflect in #artforhome creations.

Canada's diverse landscapes remind me of the importance of representing local flavours in my work. As a #torontoartist and #bloorwestartist, I also find joy in showcasing the local natural beauty that surrounds me.  Part of my mission is to make #affordableart accessible and unique.
